Hidden collects what delivery needs and nothing more. No tracking pixels or ad scripts from Hidden, no buyer data for sale. Sellers can switch on their own analytics or chat widget for their storefront, and their store says so. Privacy-respecting is not the same as anonymous: we verify sellers, publish a clear list of what cannot be sold, and act on reports.

Sign-up is free and the Free plan has no monthly fee: we take 3.8% per completed sale. Paid plans lower the fee: Starter is $9.98 a month at 3.4%, Pro is $39.99 a month at 2.4%, and Enterprise is $59.00 a month at 0%. No setup fee, no minimum, no card required.
Yes. Turn on the toggle and checkout adds your plan's fee on top of your price. The setting is snapshotted on every order, so changing it later never rewrites past receipts.
In crypto, through our crypto checkout: USDT (TRC20, BEP20, ERC20), BTC, ETH, LTC, TRX, TON and more. Buyers pick a coin at checkout, send the exact amount shown, and the order unlocks when the network confirms. No account, no card, no wallet app to install.
Once a payment confirms, your net (price minus the platform fee) is credited to your store balance in USD terms. From that point it is yours to withdraw whenever you like. Hidden is not an escrow service, and seller funds are never lent, invested or used for anything else.
Click withdraw, paste any USDT (BEP20) address you control, confirm. Withdrawals under the auto-approve cap are sent straight away; larger ones get a short review. A flat $0.50 network fee is shown before you confirm.
On-chain payments are final, so there are no card chargebacks and a sale cannot be reversed behind your back after you have delivered. Refunds are your call: set your policy and refund from your store balance when you choose. Hidden never refunds on your behalf, though we can mediate a dispute if both sides ask.
No. Create a store, add a product, attach a file or a key pool, set a price, share the link. Webhooks are there on every plan when you want them and invisible when you do not.
No. Checkout asks for an email so we can send the receipt and order link. Buyers find past orders again with that email and the order id under Find my order, or sign in on the storefront with a one-time code to see every order and a prepaid store balance. No passwords, ever.
Anything digital you own or are licensed to sell: software licenses, files, templates, ebooks, courses, memberships, community access, credentials for services you operate. The Terms list what is not allowed.
Anything illegal or infringing: stolen accounts or credentials, malware and phishing kits, identity-document fraud, sanctions evasion, non-consensual or exploitative content, and regulated goods that need a licence. We investigate reports quickly, remove what breaks the rules and suspend repeat offenders.
No. Hidden is privacy-respecting, not anonymous. We do not run trackers and we keep minimal data, but we keep audit logs and cooperate with lawful requests. If you are looking for a platform that hides who you are, this is not it.
