1.Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (the Terms) are a binding agreement between you and Hidden (Hidden, we, us), the operator of sellhidden.com and the services, storefronts, dashboards, APIs, bots and embeds that run on it (together, the Service). By creating an account, opening a store, listing a product, placing an order or otherwise using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you have authority to bind them, and you then refers to that entity. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Service.
Hidden is a private, curated marketplace for legal digital goods. Private means invitation-friendly, privacy-respecting and selective about what is listed. It does not mean anonymous, unmoderated or outside the law.
2.Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher) to open a seller account. Buyers must be old enough to enter a binding contract for what they purchase.
- You must provide a working email address and keep it current. We may ask for additional information before enabling withdrawals or higher limits.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Use a strong, unique password, keep it private, and tell us at once at support@sellhidden.com if you suspect unauthorised access. Changing your password signs out every other session.
- Sign-ins, password changes and sensitive store actions are written to an audit log you can review from your account and store pages. Review it.
- One person may hold one seller account unless we agree otherwise. Accounts may not be sold, rented or transferred.
- Where an invite code is required for sign-up, the code is personal and may not be shared publicly.
3.Stores and team members
One account can own several stores. Each store has its own slug and public address, catalogue, balance, plan, optional custom domain, settings and team.
- The account that creates a store is its Owner. Owners can invite Co-owners, who can manage products, orders, tickets, payouts and settings but cannot delete the store or remove the Owner. Only add people you trust with your funds. Team size is limited by the store's plan.
- Every action taken in a store is written to an audit log attributed to the member who performed it. Owners are responsible for their team's actions.
- Store slugs and custom domains must not impersonate other people, brands or Hidden itself. We may reclaim reserved, misleading or abandoned slugs.
- A store may be suspended, hidden from public view or closed under the Enforcement section.
4.Seller responsibilities
As a seller you promise that:
- You own or are licensed to sell every product you list, and each listing accurately describes what the buyer receives.
- Stock levels, key pools and variant details are accurate. For serial-key products each entry in the pool is valid and unused. If an order cannot be fulfilled because stock ran out (an oversold order), you must refund the buyer promptly.
- You deliver exactly what was promised, in the form promised, and you honour your own published refund policy and storefront terms.
- You are solely responsible for taxes, VAT/GST, invoicing and any registration your sales require. Hidden does not collect or remit taxes on your behalf.
- Your payout address is correct and controlled by you. Withdrawals sent to an address you supplied cannot be recalled.
- Uploaded files respect the size limits shown in the dashboard and contain nothing prohibited by Prohibited content.
- Free ($0) products may be listed; they are delivered like any other order and carry no platform fee.
- For Dynamic delivery, your endpoint responds within the documented timeout and verifies our HMAC signature. Whatever your endpoint returns is delivered to the buyer as-is.
- Custom checkout fields must collect only what fulfilment needs and must not request passwords, payment credentials or government identifiers.
- Support for your products is your responsibility. Buyers reach you through your store's ticket system and the support links you publish.
5.Buyer responsibilities
- Provide a working email at checkout: it is where your receipt and order link go.
- You pay the network and processing fee, added at the payment step. Send the exact amount shown; on-chain payments are final and cannot be reversed by Hidden or the network.
- Underpaid orders are held for the seller to decide on for up to 48 hours.
- No buyer account is needed. Your order page is reachable by anyone who has its link, so keep the link and your receipt email private.
- Discord role products need your Discord user id at checkout. When the seller has connected the Hidden bot to their server (a Pro or Enterprise feature), the bot assigns the role automatically once your payment confirms and removes it when the term the seller set ends; otherwise the seller assigns and removes it manually using that id. You must be a member of the seller's server for a role to be applied.
- Your purchase contract is with the seller. Hidden operates the marketplace and payment rails but is not the merchant of record, the licensor or the party responsible for the product.
- A cart settles as one payment. Blacklist rules set by a seller may decline your checkout; contact the seller if you believe that is a mistake.
- You may leave one review per delivered order from your order page. Reviews must be your own honest opinion.
- You will not share, resell or redistribute delivered content beyond what the seller's licence allows, and you will not use the Service to obtain goods you are not legally allowed to hold.
6.Prohibited content and conduct
Hidden is for legal digital goods. The following may not be listed, sold, delivered, advertised or facilitated through the Service under any circumstances:
- Infringing content. Anything that violates another party's copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual-property right, including cracked software, pirated media, leaked paid content and unlicensed resale.
- Illegal activity. Including but not limited to malware, ransomware, exploits and botnet access; phishing kits, scam pages and spam tooling; stolen, hacked, shared or otherwise unauthorised accounts, logins, cookies, sessions or credentials for any service; tools for credential stuffing, account checking or bypassing security or DRM; identity-document fraud (fake IDs, forged documents, KYC bypass); money-laundering, sanctions evasion and services aimed at hiding the origin of funds; drug, weapon or counterfeit-goods trade.
- Child sexual abuse material and non-consensual content. Any sexual content involving minors, any intimate imagery shared without consent, doxxing and content that sexualises or exploits real people without their agreement. We report CSAM to the relevant authorities without exception.
- Violence, terrorism and self-harm. Content that incites or facilitates violence, terrorism, hate against protected groups, or that promotes self-harm.
- Licence-regulated goods. Firearms and weapon files, prescription medicines, gambling or lottery products, securities, tokens or investment schemes, and anything else that requires a licence you do not hold.
- Violating third-party rules. Products or delivery methods that break the terms of the networks, platforms, hosts, games, APIs or payment providers they rely on, including Discord, our payment processor and the blockchains used for payment.
- Deceptive conduct. Fake reviews, misleading listings, impersonation, hidden fees, or the use of Hidden to launder chargebacks or fraud from elsewhere.
We do not pre-screen every listing, but we investigate reports promptly and we review stores proactively. If you are unsure whether something is allowed, ask legal@sellhidden.com before listing it. Anyone can report a listing at /report or via abuse@sellhidden.com.
7.Enforcement
If we believe a listing, store, order or account breaks these Terms or the law, we may at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
- remove or hide listings, files, reviews or other content;
- suspend or close stores and accounts, temporarily or permanently;
- freeze pending withdrawals and store balances while an investigation is open, and withhold funds that are the proceeds of prohibited activity or that are subject to a valid legal order;
- cancel or refund affected orders;
- preserve records and report to law enforcement, rights holders or the affected platforms, and cooperate with lawful requests;
- ban the person behind the account from re-registering.
Every enforcement action is recorded in our internal audit log. Where the law allows and it is safe to do so, we tell you what happened and how to respond. Repeated or serious violations lead to permanent removal.
8.Payments and fees
- Platform fee. Hidden charges a percentage of each completed, paid order, set by the store's plan at the time of the order: 3.8% on Free, 3.4% on Starter, 2.4% on Pro and 0% on Enterprise. Free ($0) orders and orders that never confirm are not charged.
- Snapshot per order. The rate in force when an order is created is stored on that order (
platformFeeRate). A later plan change never rewrites earlier orders. - Who pays the fee. By default the fee is deducted from the seller's proceeds. A store may instead pass the fee to the buyer, in which case checkout adds it on top of the price. The choice is stored on each order (
feeBornBy) and shown to the buyer before payment. - Plans. Starter, Pro and Enterprise switch on automatically as soon as the plan invoice, paid in stablecoin through our crypto payment processor for the period you choose (monthly or yearly), confirms. A plan runs until the end of the paid period and then falls back to Free unless you pay for another period: there is no automatic renewal and no card on file. Plan fees are non-refundable once the period starts, except where the law requires otherwise. If a plan lapses, the store falls back to Free limits and nothing is deleted.
- Custodial settlement. Buyer payments are received through our crypto payment processor into accounts we control. Once a payment confirms, the seller's net amount is credited to the store balance in USD terms. Hidden is a marketplace operator and not a bank, exchange, escrow agent or investment service; seller balances are not interest-bearing and are never lent or invested.
- Underpaid orders. If a buyer sends less than the amount due, the order is marked underpaid. The seller has 48 hours to accept, request the difference or cancel. Small shortfalls may be covered automatically within the tolerance set at checkout.
- Finality. Confirmed on-chain payments cannot be reversed. There are no card chargebacks on Hidden.
- Currency. Prices are set and settled in USD terms. Exchange rates at the moment of payment are provided by the payment processor and may differ from other sources.
9.Store balance and withdrawals
- Each store keeps a USD-denominated balance of confirmed net sales, minus refunds and withdrawals.
- Withdrawals are paid in USDT (BEP20) to an address the seller supplies. A flat $0.50 network fee, the same on every plan, is deducted per withdrawal and shown before you confirm. The minimum withdrawal is $10.00.
- Withdrawals below the platform auto-approve cap may be sent automatically; other withdrawals go through a short review queue, normally completed within one business day.
- We may pause withdrawals for a store that is under investigation, suspended, subject to a legal order, or showing signs of fraud, until the matter is resolved.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the address and network you provide. Funds sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network cannot be recovered by Hidden.
- Withdraw your balance before deleting a store or your account: a store can only be deleted while it has no orders, and any balance left on it is forfeited. Stores with order history are closed and kept as records. You can delete your account yourself from Account settings: deletion is scheduled after a 14-day cooling-off period (cancellable at any time), requires your password (and your two-factor code when enabled), and needs every owned store balance withdrawn with no withdrawal in progress.
10.Refunds and disputes
- Each store publishes its own refund policy. Sellers decide on refunds and issue them from their store balance. Hidden does not refund on a seller's behalf, except in cases covered by Enforcement.
- Hidden is not an escrow service. We do not hold buyer payments pending buyer approval.
- If buyer and seller cannot agree, either side may ask us to mediate. We will look at the order record, delivery logs and messages and may recommend an outcome. Mediation is voluntary and not a legal determination.
- Nothing here limits statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
11.Anti-fraud and blacklist rules
Sellers may define rules that decline checkout for specific email addresses or domains, disposable email providers, IP addresses or ranges, countries and Discord IDs. Blocked attempts are written to the store's fraud log with the matched rule. Rules must be used to prevent fraud and abuse, not to discriminate unlawfully. Hidden may also apply platform-wide rules, rate limits and manual review to protect sellers, buyers and the Service.
12.Intellectual property
- Sellers keep all rights to their products and content. By listing, you grant Hidden a limited, worldwide licence to host, store, display and deliver that content as needed to run the Service and promote your store.
- The Hidden name, logo, software, themes, documentation and design are our property or that of our licensors. Removing Hidden branding from a storefront is a plan feature, not a licence to reuse our marks.
- If you believe content on Hidden infringes your rights, send a notice to legal@sellhidden.com with the URL, proof of ownership and your contact details. We act on valid notices and may terminate repeat infringers.
13.Discord integration
Sellers may list Discord roles as products. You must have administrator rights on the server you sell access to and comply with Discord's Terms and Community Guidelines. Buyers give their Discord user id at checkout; it is stored on the order and used only to apply the role. On plans that include the Hidden bot, and once you have added the bot to your server and chosen the role, the bot grants the role automatically when the order is paid and revokes it at the end of the term you set for the product; grants and revocations are logged on the order. Where the bot is not connected, or if a grant fails, you grant and remove the role yourself from the order page using that id, and the buyer is told how to reach you. We are not responsible for changes Discord makes to its platform, for servers that are deleted or for roles removed by server staff.
14.Notifications, webhooks and API
- Each team member chooses their own notifications per store: email, Discord and Telegram. Delivery of third-party notifications depends on those services.
- Outbound webhooks are signed with HMAC-SHA256 using your endpoint secret. Each event is delivered once and logged; an endpoint is disabled automatically after 6 consecutive failures and can be re-enabled from the dashboard. Redelivering an order from the dashboard sends its events again. Delivery logs are kept for the period included in your plan.
- The REST API (documented at /docs) is live on every plan. Keys are issued per store, shown once and stored hashed, and are sent as a bearer token; each key reads only the store it belongs to. The API is read-only today (orders, products, customers, reviews, analytics and the public catalogue); it does not move funds or change settings. Requests are rate-limited per key and per IP, and the public catalogue endpoints are cached briefly at the edge. Keep keys secret, rotate them if exposed and use them only for your own stores. We may lower limits or revoke keys that abuse the Service.
- Integrations you build are yours. Do not use the API to scrape other stores, bypass fees or circumvent enforcement.
15.Referral program
Where offered, sellers receive 25% of the platform fee collected from stores they refer, for the lifetime of those stores, credited to a store balance of their choice. Self-referrals, paid-ad bidding on the Hidden name and referrals obtained by spam or deception are not eligible, and we may withhold or reverse referral credit in those cases. We may change or end the program with notice.
16.Termination
- You can delete a store that has no orders from its dashboard at any time; deletion is immediate and irreversible, so withdraw any balance first. Stores with order history are closed on request via support@sellhidden.com once open orders and disputes are settled; we confirm the request from your account email. Accounts are deleted from Account settings (see Store balance and withdrawals): deletion is scheduled after a 14-day cooling-off period, can be cancelled from the same page until then, requires your password (and your two-factor code when enabled) and needs every store balance withdrawn first. You can ask for a copy of your data before closing.
- We may suspend or terminate access as described under Enforcement, for prolonged inactivity, or if continuing to provide the Service becomes unlawful or impractical.
- Sections that by their nature should survive (fees owed, liability limits, IP, governing law) survive termination.
17.No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that blockchains, wallets or third-party services will function, or that any product sold by a seller is accurate, lawful or fit for your purpose.
18.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hidden and its officers, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, the conduct of any seller or buyer, or the failure of any blockchain, wallet, exchange rate or third-party service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places our liability is limited to the extent allowed.
You agree to indemnify Hidden against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your products, your content, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
19.Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hidden is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service is brought before the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except that consumers may rely on the mandatory protections and courts of their place of residence where the law requires.
Before starting formal proceedings, contact us at legal@sellhidden.com so we can try to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.
20.Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the Service and the law evolve. For material changes we give at least 14 days' notice by email and in the dashboard before they take effect; changes required by law or to address abuse may take effect sooner. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the new Terms. If you do not, close your account before that date.
